Production and Shipping
All items are made to order. Production time is up to three weeks, unless a different time frame is noted on the specific product page. Shipping time is calculated separately from production time.

Local Shipping (Israel)
Orders up to 650 NIS: shipping cost is 50 NIS. Orders above 650 NIS: free shipping.
Delivery times: central regions, up to 5 business days. Remote areas, up to 9 business days. Delays may occur as we depend on the courier service.
Same-day delivery in Tel Aviv and the surrounding area is sometimes available, depending on stock, and is not guaranteed for every order. For urgent deliveries, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
International Shipping
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, dispatched via Israel Post (Eco Post) or express courier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you believe your order has shipped but have not received this email, please contact us.
Estimated delivery times: Economy shipping (Eco Post), up to 30 business days. Express shipping, up to 7 business days.
Shipping prices are determined based on the shipping method, weight of the items, and destination country. Customs fees and import duties are the customer's responsibility and vary by destination country.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are happy with the items you purchased, but if for any reason you are not, there is no problem.
The safest way to return or exchange an item is in person, at the studio. If you send an item back by mail, you are responsible for making sure it arrives safely, an item that arrives broken cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
To start a return or exchange, email studio@maiyanceramic.com with your order number, the item details, and the reason for the return. We will get back to you within 4 business days.
Standard items can be returned within 14 business days of delivery for a full refund, with no cancellation fees (one return per customer). Items purchased on sale can be returned within 7 business days of delivery for an exchange or store credit only, no refunds, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not included in refunds.
