Supply and delivery
The items you purchased will be delivered to you within 21 business days. The delivery will be sent to the address you entered in your order.
Please note:
For fast and efficient delivery, please enter the address at which you will be available during these times (home address/work, etc.).
* Make sure that the telephone number provided upon purchase is updated so that we can effectively coordinate the delivery time.
* Maiyancermic studio online works with external shipping companies and therefore takes no responsibility for delays associated with these companies.

Return and replacement
We hope you are happy with the items you purchased at Maiyanceramic studio, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, there's no problem!
You can return or replace any item, as long as it is unused, no damage has been caused to it and the label is still attached. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges.
How do you return an item? Send us an email at maiyanby@gmail.com with your order number, details of the item you wish to replace/return, and the reason. We will contact you within 4 business days and coordinate the replacement/return item.
Please note: the returned items must be returned in the original package within which they were shipped.
* Items can be returned within 14 business days from their delivery. If requested, we will fully refund your purchase and there will be no cancellation fees. The service is limited to one consecutive return.
* Items purchased on sale can be returned within 7 business days from their delivery. There will be no refund option for items purchased on the sale. A customer can choose to exchange the items purchased on sale to a different size or design or to receive a store credit. Clients are responsible for any exchange shipping charges. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Your refund will be transferred within 14 days after the Maiyanceramic studio receives your returned item, in accordance with the guidelines provided by credit card companies. The refund will be made under the same conditions in which the original transaction was committed (if paid in instalments, the refund will also be made in instalments).
Please note:
* For PayPal purchases money reimbursement can only be made through the online store.
* We allow only one order return per customer for a full refund.
* Additional order return refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
* Shipping costs are excluded from all refunds even if your order included free shipping.
Colors and shape
Please note that in some cases colors can be slightly different than they appear in the photos. Also, note that the chattering mark technique creates a different pattern each time. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
Each ceramic piece in our studio is hand made with care and love, so there always will be unique variations in shape, that enhance the design.
Care instructions
All of our products are food safe. Dishwasher safe.
We do not recommend putting them in the microwave or oven.

- Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout, after entering your details, according to the weight of the items ordered.
- Express shipping is available for additional postal fees. Please contact us prior to your purchase.
- Please note: It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for your countries Import Taxes, Duties, Vat, etc.
