This item is made to order and requires up to 3 weeks for preparation. If you need it sooner, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All our ceramic items are crafted using food-safe materials and are dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise specified.

There may be slight differences between the images shown and the actual piece, as each item is individually handmade and one of a kind. Additionally, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Shipping times are calculated in addition to the production time for the items. We make every effort to minimize production times, particularly during holiday periods.

Local Shipping

  • Orders up to 650₪: Shipping cost is 50₪.
  • Orders above 650₪: Free shipping.

Delivery Times:

  • Central regions: Up to 5 business days.
  • Remote areas: Up to 9 business days.

Please note: Delays may occur as we are dependent on the courier service.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Orders are dispatched via Israel Post (Eco Post). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping reference or tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your item. If you believe your order has been shipped but have not received this email, please don’t hesitate to contact us.


Returns & Exchange

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 business days of delivery.

Upon request, we will issue a full refund with no cancellation fees. This service is limited to one consecutive return per item.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale can be returned within 7 business days of delivery.
Refunds are not available for sale items. Customers may choose to exchange sale items for a different size or design or receive store credit.
Customers are responsible for any shipping charges related to exchanges unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
